Supplana is a service of Barron Watch Company LLC ("Supplana", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company located at 5982 Wellington Pl, Battle Creek, MI 49017. You can reach us at jim@supplana.com.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Supplana collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using supplana.com or our services, you agree to the practices described below.
Information we collect
- Contact information you provide when you sign up for the service, request SMS alerts, or contact support — including name, email, phone number, business name, and Shopify store URL.
- SMS consent records — the date and time you opted in, the page you opted in from, your phone number, and the exact consent language shown to you at opt-in.
- Service data — sales, inventory, and operational data you connect to Supplana so we can generate forecasts and alerts.
- Basic site analytics — standard log information (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) used to keep the site running and improve it.
How we use information
- To deliver the Supplana service, including demand planning, supply planning, and analytics.
- To send the SMS messages you have opted in to receive (see "SMS program" below).
- To send service-related email about your account, billing, and support requests.
- To maintain compliance records required by carriers and messaging regulators.
SMS program
If you opt in to Supplana SMS, we store your phone number, the URL you opted in from, the date and time of opt-in, and the consent language you agreed to. We use this information solely to send the inventory threshold alerts, stockout warnings, and account notifications you requested, and to maintain compliance logs.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or email jim@supplana.com.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors that support our service — such as Twilio for message delivery, our hosting provider, and analytics providers — is permitted strictly to operate Supplana. All other categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may disclose information when required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Supplana, our customers, or others.
Data retention
We retain SMS opt-in records for as long as you are subscribed plus a reasonable period after opt-out to demonstrate compliance to carriers and regulators. Other account data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure.
Your choices
- SMS: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help, or email jim@supplana.com.
- Account: Email jim@supplana.com to access, correct, or delete your account information.
Children
Supplana is a business-to-business service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date above.
