Terms & SMS Program Terms

These Terms govern your use of Supplana, a service operated by Barron Watch Company LLC ("Supplana", "we", "us"), a Michigan limited liability company located at 5982 Wellington Pl, Battle Creek, MI 49017. Contact: jim@supplana.com.
Service
Supplana provides outsourced demand planning, supply planning, and analytics services for Shopify merchants and similar businesses. Pricing, scope, and cancellation are described on supplana.com.
SMS program
The Supplana SMS program delivers automated inventory threshold alerts, stockout warnings, and account notifications to active Supplana customers who have opted in.
- Program sender: Supplana (Barron Watch Company LLC).
- Eligible recipients: Active Supplana customers operating one or more Shopify stores.
- Message types: Inventory threshold alerts, stockout warnings, and occasional account notifications. The program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Sample message: "Supplana: Heads up! SKU ABC1 is below your threshold of 30 days of supply. Order more inventory to avoid a stockout. View alerts in your account. Reply STOP to opt out."
- Message frequency: Variable based on your inventory activity — typically a few messages per week per store, capped at roughly 30 messages per month per subscriber.
- Cost: Supplana does not charge for SMS. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Opt in: Customers opt in via the form at supplana.com/sms by providing their phone number and checking the consent box. The exact consent language is presented at the moment of sign-up.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You can also email jim@supplana.com to be removed.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email jim@supplana.com.
- Carriers: All major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any Supplana service.
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile opt-in information or consent records with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Supplana only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our published documentation. You may not attempt to interfere with the service or use it to send unauthorized messages on behalf of third parties.
Payment and cancellation
Service fees are billed monthly via Stripe. You can pause or cancel at any time by emailing jim@supplana.com.
Disclaimer
Supplana is provided "as is". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Forecasts and analytics are estimates intended to support your business decisions, not guarantees of business outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supplana's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid Supplana in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted at this URL with the effective date above. Material changes affecting the SMS program will also be communicated by email or SMS to subscribers.
